‘Put Your Hand Up for Auslan’
One in five Australians are affected by deafness or hearing-related conditions. Deafness Forum Australia is raising awareness around accessible communication – and Auslan is at the heart of it. With over 16,000 Australians relying on Auslan as their first language and fewer than 800 qualified interpreters nationally, the need has never been greater.

Take a look at our new campaign and consider putting your hand up for Auslan.
See our non-captioned version of the ‘Put Your Hands Up for Auslan’ campaign film.
